All items purchased from this site are shipped by USPS.

This means that the title (ownership) of the items and, therefore the risk of loss, pass to you upon our delivery to the USPS. Given the nature of our goods, we do not ordinarily insure packages as we consider it a waste of money. However if you require insurance for your package please contact us and we will advise you of the costs.

You will know we have shipped them as you will received an email to say so.

Please contact us when your parcel arrives so we can make a note that the purchase has been completed. Also we would love your feedback on the items themselves! Certainly contact us if your parcel does not arrive when expected and we will do our best to help you track it down!

Warranty/Faulty Goods

We will replace faulty items at no cost to you including the cost of returning the faulty goods for up to 30 days from date of sale. If you intend to return goods due to a fault, please notify us by email and we will advise what steps you need to take.

Returns

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not pleased contact us straight away and we will do our best to sort things out with you.

Just remember that when describing our goods, we attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, the site does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product purchased by this site is not as described, you may return it in unused condition at your own cost provided you notify is that you intend to do so within 3 days of receipt and it is returned within 10-15 days of being shipped.

Upon receipt we will review the situation and if we determine that the problem lies with the site content, rather than your interpretation of it, then we will correct the site content and provide you with a complete refund including your shipping costs. If we consider the problem lies with your interpretation of the site content, then we will refund the costs of the product only.

If you have any doubts about the suitability of our products for your purpose, please contact us prior to purchase and we will do our best to advise you. Should we provide such advice, it will be deemed as part of the site content for the purposes of determing refunds as described above.
